Something sweet on the go with a twist of rum taste. These balls include real butter and condensed milk which give you real energy boost for long distance race. You can share them with your kids but we are not sure there will be any left. We recommend not to share your balls 🙂

Easiest snack to keep in a pouch. Rum cake is a no-brainer if you have a choice 🙂
Delivery on board (carried as check-in luggage) was a bit challenging as we managed to smash the content of a few pockets…

We used TF rations during our 600 nmiles regatta by all crew with good reviews. Moreover, we have appreciated the weight gain and the overall experience of being in a tough environment was significantly better.
This was our trial with TF (thus unsure of the statement) but all felt more dehydrated than usual. I would recommend experimenting with and having a bit more liquid on you (not only for ration preparation as consistency is a personal preference).
