Order Cancellation Before Dispatch

If you wish to cancel an order before it has been dispatched, please contact us as soon as possible at shop@tacticalfoodpack.com. We will make every effort to cancel the order before shipment. However, once the order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible and the statutory right of withdrawal described below applies.

Right of Withdrawal for Consumers

(1) Consumers generally have a statutory right of withdrawal in the case of distance contracts. The conditions, deadlines and procedure are set out in the following information on the right of withdrawal.

(2) The right of withdrawal does not apply, or may expire prematurely, where the statutory requirements are met, particularly in the case of:
a. goods that are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual selection or decision by the consumer is decisive, or which are clearly tailored to the consumer’s personal needs;
b. goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
c. sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery.

(3) Food products are not generally excluded from the right of withdrawal solely because they are food products. The statutory requirements in the individual case are decisive.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

If you ordered several goods as part of a single order and they are delivered separately, the period begins on the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the last item.

If goods are delivered in several partial shipments or pieces, the period begins on the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the last partial shipment or the last piece.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us – Tactical Solutions GmbH, Siemensstrasse 40, 40721 Hilden, Germany, email: business@tacticalsolutions.com, telephone: +49 2103 3375959 – of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement, for example a letter sent by post or an email. You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but its use is not mandatory.

You may also submit your withdrawal using the electronic withdrawal function provided at tacticalfoodpack.com. It is labelled ‘Withdraw from contract’ or with equivalent clear wording. After submission through the confirmation function, you will immediately receive an acknowledgement of receipt on a durable medium.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired, or to submit the withdrawal through the electronic withdrawal function before the deadline expires.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs – except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us – without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive your notification of withdrawal from this contract.

We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. In no event will you incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.

You must return or hand over the goods to Tactical Solutions GmbH, Siemensstrasse 40, 40721 Hilden, Germany, without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired.

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

To withdraw from the contract, you may complete and return this form to us. Use of the form is not mandatory.

Electronic Withdrawal Function

(1) During the withdrawal period, Tactical Solutions GmbH provides a continuously available, prominently displayed and easily accessible withdrawal function on the online user interface. The first button is labelled ‘Withdraw from contract’ or with equivalent clear wording.

(2) The function enables the consumer to enter or confirm their name, information identifying the contract or the part of the contract to be withdrawn from, and an electronic means of communication for receiving the acknowledgement of receipt.

(3) The final confirmation function is labelled ‘Confirm withdrawal’ or with equivalent clear wording. After activating it, the consumer immediately receives, on a durable medium, confirmation stating the content, date and time of receipt.

(4) The electronic withdrawal function supplements the option of declaring withdrawal by letter or email in particular.
