Wie erwartet gut. Salziger empfunden, als den “frischen” Gauda den ich sonst esse. Konsistenz: Trocken, bröselig. Eventuell könnte man ihn in Wasser etwas eiweichen. Das habe ich jedoch nicht versucht.
Einmal habe ihn einmal mit Reis, etwas Salz, Pfeffer und Olivenöl gegessen. Das war herrlich. Entweder ich war so ausgehungert, oder ich bin ein talentierter Koch.
