It has milk powder in it, which surprised me how well it works. Tastes very good for the fact that I only added water. Would buy again. It’s not 100% milk taste though, more like 90%.

Excellent breakfast, sufficiently sweet but the Strawberry was at a higher demand.
We used TF rations during our 600 nmiles regatta by all crew with good reviews. Moreover, we have appreciated the weight gain and the overall experience of being in a tough environment was significantly better.
This was our trial with TF (thus unsure of the statement) but all felt more dehydrated than usual. I would recommend experimenting with and having a bit more liquid on you (not only for ration preparation as consistency is a personal preference).
