These cookie balls are a good memory of childhood. Do you remember how you mixed together crushed biscuits, sugar, cocoa and melted butter, rolled them into small balls and put them in the fridge for resting. We did the same but we also freeze-dried them for longer shelf life.

  1. Yana Strese

Super delicious and packed with a lot of energy! I like to take these for my long trail runs or hikes as a snack during the activity or as a little dessert/treat after the meal.

  2. Manne Bsoul

Like the Kama Bars these are dangerously tasty and addictive!

  3. Kathrin

    Leckerer Snack für zwischendurch.

  4. Aleksandr Eller

Easiest snack to keep in a pouch. Delivery on board (carried as check-in luggage) was a bit challenging as we managed to smash the content of a few pockets…

We used TF rations during our 600 nmiles regatta by all crew with good reviews. Moreover, we have appreciated the weight gain and the overall experience of being in a tough environment was significantly better.
This was our trial with TF (thus unsure of the statement) but all felt more dehydrated than usual. I would recommend experimenting with and having a bit more liquid on you (not only for ration preparation as consistency is a personal preference).
